Jim was hired and served as the Berlin Economic Development Director from November 1998 to January 2015. Before joining the Town of Berlin Jim, was the Executive Director of the New London Development Corporation, Director of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and Consulting at the Gustin Company, Executive Director of the New Britain Municipal Action Council and a Senior Economist with the Connecticut Department of Commerce. Jim has a masters degree in Urban and Regional Economics from The University of Hartford and a bachelors degree in Urban and Environmental Studies from CCSU.
